Thank you so much for the birthday wishes. I haven't posted for a long time, but I am still very much on the MP and feel that I am continuing to make progress . I even had the energy to make it through a month of festivities with my daughter's destination wedding. It was great fun and, although I'm a bit run down at the moment, I feel I wouldn't have been around to see it at all if it hadn't been for the MP.
