Hi,All
I don't know what should I do in this situation.
I didn't get feedback for my last two reports 08/18/08, 08/26/08 and one post on "marshallprotocol.com" site. And when I open "MY ACCOUNT" I see posts for other member together with mine. I sent E mail to moderators, but just today realise that this is against protocol policy.
Wood You please advise me if there is any problem with my account on "marshallprotocol.com" .
Thank You
Gene

Gene,
We have had to change policy as the moderators are just getting too busy. Although we try and look at every post, we will not be able to respond to any except the most urgent requests. Sorry about that.

Thank you Dr.Marshall for explanation. I just had read Meg's post, regarding new reports policy and I feel like I am loosing ground under my feet. Not ground-hope for future. Please keep at least this level of support .We need you and your team more then you can even imagine. And I think we (all MP members) have to realise that feedback is two way road-we have to support MP

Gene, I think I understand what you are seeing.
Whenever you post in a thread, it automatically adds that thread to your "watched topics" list on the page you see when you click on the "my account" button.
To remove these from your "watched topics" list, check the box to the left of the topic and then click on the button on the top right labeled "remove selected."
Hope that helps.

Hi,Joyful.
Thank You for your advice. But the main thing is the MP board have had change posts support policy. And this is really sad for me.

Gene,
It's really been amazing that our moderators have kept up at all with the growth in our membership over the past year.
Their personal touch has been something very special for all of us and I miss it as much as you and many others do.
The time is coming when we as patients need to inform our doctors of what we really need is for them to get involved on the health professionals forum and truly get involved in our care on this protocol. The demand for this treatment is only going to grow as Dr. Marshall's team continue to present the science in print and at conferences around the world.
In the meantime, we must not expect our day to day posts to be reviewed more than once a week.
Everyone must take it on themselves to review and learn from the FAQs, Required Reading, and previous member's posts. Even when we are brain fogged, it is important to just keep reading until it all sinks in. (And while Barb and Meg have done an excellent job creating the ABCofMP and the FAQs, there is new work in progress to make all this information more easily searchable as soon as possible.)
I believe the current guidelines are to PM if there is a serious issue, post on the urgent forum only in the most urgent of situations, and yet, "trust your instincts" and get to an ER when you know you are in trouble. (Even urgent posts may take hours for someone to respond to.)
I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it is better to face the truth head-on rather than expect support that can't realistically be provided with the current funding and infrastructure available.

Hi, Joyful.
You said "I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it is better to face the truth head-on rather than expect support that can't realistically be provided with the current funding and infrastructure available"
I thing you got wrong impression from my last posts. I am not complain, expecting or demanding something. I just expressed my first feelings and underlined the necessity of support the MP in all possible ways. I believe all of us feel the same .
Thank You. Gene
